Refund Policy

Knarrative packages are one-time digital purchases. This policy explains when refunds apply.

Unused packages

If you bought a package and have not used any of its jobs, email us within 14 days of purchase for a full refund.

Used packages

Because a tailored package is generated immediately and cannot be returned, used jobs are not refundable. If a generation fails on our side, the job is automatically credited back to your account - you are never charged for a failed generation.

Quality problems

If a delivered package is clearly broken (empty output, wrong language, truncated text), email info@knarrative.app within 7 days and we will re-credit the job or refund it, your choice.

How to request

Email info@knarrative.app from your account email with "Refund" in the subject. Refunds go back to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
