Refund Policy

Knarrative packages are one-time digital purchases. This policy explains how they work.

All sales are final

A tailored package is generated immediately and cannot be returned, so we do not offer refunds on purchases, used or unused. Nothing in this policy limits a right you have that cannot be excluded by law.

If a generation fails

If a generation fails on our side, the job is automatically credited back to your account - you never lose a package use to a failure that is ours.

Quality problems

If a delivered package is clearly broken (empty output, wrong language, truncated text), email info@knarrative.app within 7 days and we will make it right with a corrected result or a re-credited job.
