Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of knarrative.app, operated by Knarrative, Vienna, VA ("we", "us"). By using the service you agree to them.

The service

Knarrative rewrites your resume and generates a cover letter and intro email tailored to a job description you provide. Each account gets one complete tailored resume free, including its PDF. The cover letter, intro email and their PDFs for that resume come with a paid package, and you unlock them when you choose, using 1 package use. Packages are one-time purchases (1 job for $9, 15 jobs for $29). Packages do not expire and never renew.

Your content and responsibilities

You confirm that the resume content you submit is your own and accurate. Knarrative is built to use only what your resume says and runs an automated check for unsupported claims, but it can still make mistakes. AI output can contain errors - review every package before sending it. The final responsibility for what you submit to an employer is yours.

Acceptable use

No unlawful use, no uploading content you have no right to use, no attempting to disrupt or reverse-engineer the service, and no automated bulk abuse of the free resume. Each account gets one free resume; duplicate or throwaway accounts created to get extra free resumes may be closed.

Accounts

You are responsible for your account credentials. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

Liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties. We do not guarantee interviews or employment outcomes. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, USA.
